We are a small Home Inspection company proudly serving our customers in the Shuswap and Okanagan regions. We provide top quality home inspection services to home buyers and sellers alike and we are well known for the quality of the work that we do.

RAUL POOLE, the founder of the company, is a very experienced, building specialist who, before becoming a home inspector, spent most of the last thirty years working as a contractor and building consultant.

We use infrared cameras, and the best equipment available in all our property inspections. The internet based reporting system we use is state-of-the-art and includes lots of digital photos.

CLARION HOME INSPECTIONS is fully trained, licensed and insured to provide the following services in BC:

• Indoor Air Quality Assessment,including mold and radon gas testing
